End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and HAKISTOP LTD. doing business as Haki Studios ("Haki Studios," "we," "us") for use of the Pipeline software application (the "Service") accessible at app.haki-studios.com. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Haki Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for the internal business purposes of the organization that has authorized your access. The Service is licensed, not sold.

2. Authorized users

The Service is provided to organizations on an invitation basis. Only individuals invited by an organization administrator may access the Service. You must safeguard your sign-in credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the Service;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service outside your authorized organization;
  • Access data belonging to organizations you have not been authorized to access;
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Circumvent security or access controls, including rate limits or authentication.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party business applications (for example, Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Gusto and Meta) at your organization's direction. Your use of those services remains subject to each provider's own terms. We act on your authorization and are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.

5. Data and content

Your organization retains all rights to business data it provides to or grants the Service access to ("Customer Data"). You grant Haki Studios a limited license to process Customer Data solely as needed to operate the Service for your organization. Our handling of Customer Data is further described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Haki Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach this Agreement or if your organization's administrator removes your access. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after the change indicates acceptance.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HAKISTOP LTD. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
